What we collect

Google Analytics 4

Retention Period: 14 months (Google's default retention policy). After 14 months, data is automatically deleted.

Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to record user sessions and generate website heatmaps, helping us identify usability improvements and understand user engagement.
Data Collected:
- Scrolling behavior and page interactions
- Mouse movements and click locations
- Form interactions (passwords and sensitive fields are auto-masked)
- Session duration and device information
- Approximate location (city level)
What Is NOT Recorded: Text entered in password fields, credit card fields, or security-sensitive inputs (auto-masked), audio, video, or IP addresses (Clarity uses anonymized IPs).
Retention Period: 24 months. Recordings and heatmap data are automatically deleted after 24 months.
Opt-out: Visit the Clarity opt-out page to disable tracking.
Privacy: Microsoft's handling of data is governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Password-Protected Services (Cloudflare Access)
Certain services hosted on avasharma.in (e.g., internal invoicing tools) are protected byCloudflare Access, a zero-trust security platform.
Authentication: Password or one-time PIN required to access protected resources. Credentials are verified by Cloudflare before granting access.
Data Processed: Access logs (IP address, timestamp, success/failure status) and session metadata (duration, device type, approximate location). These logs are retained for 90 days for security auditing purposes.

How we use it
